Over the years, I have had just about every treatment on offer, Clarins and Anne’s own non-Clarins treatments eg., manicures, acrylic nails, eyelash and eyebrow enhancing and I cannot fault any of them. It doesn’t matter which of the therapists carries out the treatment(s), the quality of their training and personal commitment to looking after us reflects not only on them but also on Anne’s professional dedication to ensuring clients want to stay with her and the team.

Recently, I have been having Polaris vascular treatment at Anne Roberts Aesthetics for red veins on my face. Stephanie is the therapist and she is amazing! She is confident, calming and the consummate professional. The treatment begins at a very low level and is increased only with continuing consultation between us and when one feels comfortable with the laser moving up a notch. One can feel nothing or a slight ping which is gone as soon as administered. I cannot recommend her too highly. A client care list is updated with each treatment. The results on my face are wonderful and for the first time in years, I am confident of being seen in public with no makeup.
